My DSS 20 had very similar numbers to the first post. The last numbers are the manufacture date. Mine does say DSS20 in very small letters under the CE mark.

I've got it here now, and I think it is a DSS-20. When I plugged it in and it asked for drivers, I gave it the K700 DCU-11 drivers from SE website, which it takes. When after it's installed that it tries to install "K700 series" - I can't find any drivers that it will accept for this. Does anyone know what ones I need?

I tried installing the K700 SyncStation software and it installed and runs fine, and finds the phone and SIM (I haven't actually tried to sync though).

When I try to run the online firmware update, it just fails with "Fatal Error" - which I assume is because the "K700 series" driver has not been installed.

Any ideas?

Try these drivers instead don't know why you tried using DCU-11 drivers for it since they are meant for the DCU-11 USB cable.
