I can play that ripped DVD files on my PC and they sound OK. Then I encode to MPEG1 and this is where my problem occurs.

If I watch the resulting MPEG1 file, the sound sync problem starts.

I think its .3gp thats packet video the usher-yeah file i converted was off the hook smartmovie is really cool just that the files i have converted always skip for 2 seconds at the beginning but the quality is sweet its really good i really cant distinguish btw them both
