Just so you know, I got my vodafone P910i from the upgrade phone line, the branding was as masseur said except mine came unlocked. There seems to be no removed functionality as far as I can see. However ringtones cannot be placed in further sub-directories of unfiled (i think, if someone has found a way that would be very helpfull to me). but everything else seems to work as with a sim free.
Overall the branding is very minor and you will probably never notice. I never turn mine off and as a result hardly ever see startup logos anyway.

Saw a demo of one in the vodafone shop on saturday and that had the vodafone branding on the case. Guess SE have managed now to stick some vodafone branding on the new production lines! No didnt upgrade yet. How does the battery life compare to the P900? Is it better or worse? Any bugs found yet?
