I have a similar problem but with this i cannot sync Calender,All the other Outlooks Sync Fine.What is this Snooze function that is being mentioned !!

i have the v800 and i have found that when you sync with outlook 2003 and you have appointments with private ticked or with more than one person attending the meeting, the phone will strip them out when they are stored on the calendar on the phone.
Then, when you resync your phone the following day, the sync software sees taht teh original meeting request is not the same as the one on the phone. becuase there is private and the other people missing. it therefore adds the appointment to the calendar in outlook2003.
its terrible - and very very very annoying....!!!!
