Hey, i too am looking to upgrade my tired T610. Been with O2 online on their £25 contract for 12 month now, and when i phoned them up on wednesday, asking about upgrade prices etc they told me it would cost me £249 to upgrade to the S700 even though i wanted to move onto the £30 a month contract. When i asked why it cost so much, especially seen as you could just start a new contract with them and get the S700 for £200, he said, ive been asked this so many times. it seems wrong to me that it costs more to upgrade than it does to start a new contract with them, even though ive been with them for the last 12. i think im just going to wait a few months and see if it comes down in price. Really want it though!! hehe

Just a quick question.
Can you cancel a contract with o2 and take out a new one (with the same company o2/cpw/link...etc) the same day?
