And dont you just hate it when you've had a hard, frustrating day, and you just sit down to your dinner, looking forward to Friends starting in 5mins, when the phone rings, and you realize you've left it in the bedroom, have to get up to answer it, and its some woman in India trying to sell you a phone? GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I get at least one call a night like that, sometimes 2 or 3. Sorry for going a little off topic, but it is phone related, kinda.

I NEVER got through to Celestica in less than 45 minutes on hold and since they took 6 weeks to fix my hissing T610 last year I was onto them every day towards the end!

I got loads of phone related gripes. Longest wait ever was for a travel agent though, thankfully it was work related. You get put on hold and transferred a lot when you're a debt collector :p Winner in waiting time is Viajes el Corte Ingles, with one hour and 45 minutes. Related to that they also have a habit of hanging up when they hear any language but Spanish coming out of the phone. Longest personal wait was for T Mobile (who else?) An hour and 5 minutes. I phoned O2's technical help line today and the person who answered the phone asked me what the problem was before promptly putting me on hold without responding. To be fair, the chap who answered next was very nice and very helpful.
