This really disturbs me. Go start a petition that says recieving sms should be freeh incoming calls also.

i totally agree with you. incoming SMS should be FREE because there is no way you can block it, therefore we shouldn't be paying for something we do not have control over.

Why don't you call customer support of your bell network. In some networks subscribers have possibillity to choose services they want. I think that includes sms reception also.
