'text wrap' does not seem to transfer onto 910. Formatted doc to maintain limited column width on computer (via text wrap) but reverted to single (long) row on 910.
do you mean to say that columns and rows (excel) made in the pc are not recognized by the p910?
can you post a picture of how an excel file in a pc look like when its sync'd in the p910.
i will be using the excel file most of the time, and am definitely confused of how these formats will be from the pc to 910 and vice versa.

You can edit excel files easily in pc.
The most pdas have the same problem.
I used - psion -epoc 32 and ppc wm 2002 and always have this problem.
Ive always prepared my excel and word doc in my smart to avoid some problems with transfering those doc to pc and back.

Seems Xcel and Word documents are not reliabily transferred back-and-forth bewteen PC and the P910.
Does anyone know if SonyE plan to address this as a bug?

can't post a pic but what I tried to do was create an Excell doc on my pc that would remain narrow enough to read on the 910 without having to scroll left and right to read each line of text. On the pc the text keeps starting a new line to remain within the original, preset column width when text wrap is selected. Unfortunately when transferred to 910 the text wrap effect is gone with the text from each cell back onto one long line.
Haven't found a solution other than re writing the whole sheet and hitting return for each line at the required column width. Time consuming to say the least. Not what I was expecting and I haven't seen any software on offer that might cure this.

@martin
thanks for clearing that up.
scrolling from left to right to view and edit files will be fine by me as long as i can transfer the files back and forth from the phone to the pc without a hitch....
...or are there any, aside from the ones you encountered?
