I'd go for a Network problem too.

When a message is sent to someone, the system tries to deliver it right away. If the phone is not available at the time the message delivery is scheduled to be made later, to a preset time.

That's why, when i'm in a zone with no network, and get out of it i always make a call (to the voicemail for instance, which is free) so the system knows i'm available and deliver any pending sms's to me.

Are you sure that when you dropped your phone the antenna was alright? Do you experience any "no network" cases?

Hmmm . . . I guess the author is receiving a network signal - @krubach . . . OK, how 'bout resetting your SMS configuration here, is your MMS working dude?

I used to have the same trouble with Voda uk.
This migt be a pile of pooh but I believe it's to do with the refresh signal (telling the network your phones on).

I had to either turn my phone on and off or ring someone/voicemail to retrieve them.

Also could be down to network congestion.

Guys,

This is a known fault with the K700i apparently..

I've had it.. and think i still have it..

My girlfriend works for O2 and they sent round an internal bulletin about it weeks ago..

Ive upgraded & debranded, but my girlfriend (also has K700i), hasnt.
She sent me a text last night in response to mine, but I still have not rec'd it !

Could be a fault on sending? Could be on receiving?
Dont know at this stage, but its the phone software that causes the problem somehow, not the network..
