SonyEricsson must distribute some form of software & editing tools for the networks as they have their own branded firmware dont they..

I wish someone would leak it out..!

Yes maybe, OR, the network who wants a customized FW just contacts SE to make it happen. I think that the people at SE don't want others to know how to make FW to their phones...
