See what the Old Bill can do. I'm sure there is some law that will protect you

Fingers...His wife is not a bit remotley sexy . The thing is that they have a 4 bedroom flat but only live in thae master bedroom for some bizarre reason!!! That's where they make the noise. My master room connects to theirs so I am the only one that can hear them

Mark...I asked this free law advice firm on the net & they said that 'In order to contact the police, you need sufficient evidence'...so what is 'sufficient evidence'

Oh rite, maybe you could tape it or get the super of the building to have a listen.

If I tape it, couldn't they say that I made the noises on purpose to record something?

Forgot to mention that they also bang and drag furniture....

mdkia: If he has drugs, the easiest way to get rid of him is just to tell the police that....

Sh!t, that sounds terrible, are there any other free appartments in your building you could move into? Or you could go and see the other neighbours and ask them to complain too, might help if more peopl moan about it. You've got to do something, even if it is getting out of there.

It is really bad....There aren't any free appartments that are this high. I cannot live on a floor below the 15th....If there were, there would probably be the same problem with the lack of insulation . I'll have to start looking for a new flat after I come back from the UK in September.

Just thought I'd let you know that they are going to build a 48 floor high residential building in my area soon!!!

That'll take a while to build, at least you'll get a break while you're over here.

The builders here work day and night & so quickly. They have recently completed a 37 floor building in just over a year!!!

But you're right, a long break is going to be the best thing....
