I see it, too. It is blurry always in the middle between the center of the picture and 9 o'clock. I would return it under warranty and/or exchange before 14days.

I called them and someone there said that they would try to repair it when they would recieve spare S700 parts (In about 2 weeks).
But they seem to have some policy about not trading out bad products, just repair them.
I know that cameras in camera phones have been lacking quality since they first appeared. But when I pay a hefty amount for a phone/camera 1.3 mp, I do expect some quality.
Ill post again when and if they repair og replace the phone/camera.
But if I get the "this is more a phone than a camera" line again, then I guess Ill have to remember that next time, and buy from another company.

Had the phone replaced and the new one is even worse, look at these pics.

The whole left side of every pic is blurred.
Am I this unlucky or is the pic quality of the S700 so bad.
Ive seen many good pics that people have posted from the S700 and most are much much better than this.
