@josh19 If I was you I would try and get some credits elsewhere as some people really seem to take there faceoff when you tell them you had a problem with lost credits etc..
Oh and by the way they wil take a few days if not weeks to reply to your problem and then ask you for the most eradic of items ie Did you take a screen shot of the screen..(Like I have time for all that nonsense)

you have no time to prove you have problem with our server?
we sell over xxxx amount of credits a week, do you know how long it takes to reply to ALL emails in a day? and weeks is a joke we answer to all emails we get on the same day or day after depending on when it was sent.
please tell me if you brought a burger from someone like mcdonalds and ate it all then went back and said this was cold i want another, i think they will say show us cold burger and we will give you another hot burger? if you go back and say i couldnt be bother to do silly thing like bring you burger to prove it was cold then i dont think they would give you another either.am i right
so how can u expect us to give you free credit without any proof of the error you had? if you cant take the time to take screenshot that says enough for us
and its obvious that some people do like our service as they keep comming back
and those people who take the time to email us with screenshot and followed the instructions on our site but still got error ALWAYs get credits back

@jucame You cant use any of the above services on Mac (unless maybe if you run virtual Pc but even then I dont know if it will work) If you just take the phone to Voda and pay them £20 you should be able to get the unlock code and do it whilst you wait in the store. Failing that go to an internet cafe with a T28 cable and download the software and in a few minutes you will be unlocked and running. Hope that helps (P.s be carefull of Faceless
