Don't touch the screen before you have mounted a screenprotector, i know that many here on Esato says that their screens is in excelent condition after long time of use without a protector but my advice to you is to mount one. I always use the hand writing recognition and are writing a lot, my screen looked avful after 2 month's! I am very light on my hand so thats not the problem. My P900 luckily stopped working so i did get it exchanged by a new unit, now i got a perfect screen with a protector!

You need: (* = essential, otherwise just great to have)
*Sman
-Agile Messenger
-Bemused (impressive and useful)
-jZip (if you get .zip attachements, or download archives off the net)
*Magic Launcher (provides handy menus and hotkeys for almost everything)
*Magic Profiles Pro (great, especially with cell info (location-dependant switching)
-Pdf+ (fast and configurable pdf reader)
*Personal Jotter (truly excellent program, best input system of them all, i've used everything - this rules.)
-Remote Control 2 (if you are a "professional" PC user)
*Remote P900 (this is a downright must if you use a PC a lot, at home or at work)
-Syntrax (if you are into making music, a powerful tracker.)
*Timepane (awfully handy)
-Tracker (nice to have, allthough i don't use it much anymore, the other programs, such as Magic Launcher, are more efficiant for me
-S&W Sms manager (is helpful to clean up your mailbox, and export your sms messages, but perhaps more useful for p900/p800 users)
-ZenoDraw (excellent drawing/image editing program.)
Have fun!

Maybe you already have understod that but SMan is a MUST and it's FREE!
You also need a good filemanager, i use fileman.
