My problem is solved. At the first place I used File Manager (Epocware), but failed.
Now I have transfered "How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb" (ripped to AAC with iTunes) from My P910i, in XP´s explorer, to the memory stick. And the music player plays the songs.
