1st of all... that only works accurately with phones that has a dual camera, which one is dedicated to the user for video calls. This is bcoz the camera is always there pointing at the user.. whereas the V800 has the ability to aim at the user or the oposite view.. so the sender wud not know where the camera might be poiting..
2nd... to dispute the invation of privacy.. we have to come out with a different name of massage.. eg. EM (emotion msg) or E-SMS (emotion-sms) etc etc.. thus the receiver knows whats to come, like knowing the camera will be on while reading the sms.
3nd... japan dtt docomo.. has actually thought of this idea.. but with a twist.. rather than having to show the person, which is more difficult to set up.. they invented cartoon characters with emotions.. so when ur reading the sms there will be a cartoon (cry, laugh, shy, joy, sad etc) just like smilies but better in a way...
great idea.. but alot of issues needs to cover..

I'm just trying to suggest some cool applications for mobile phones specially the SE T6XX series phones. You could download FMA on the web for free... Activate it using your bluetooth dongle and configuring its settings and scripts and it will enable the remote camera activation of your phone. Its like a webcam but not in continous time, instead it takes successive phone pics....

Nope you can program it to bypass the confirmation dialog..
But to have it work, you need a program that waits to new messages, and as soon as it comes display a dialog to show it via that program and not through usual message viewer.. and when its open take a picture and sends it silently..
I don't know how possible it is with a program waiting for messages.. and displaying them.. etc etc.. should be possible though..
And then you need a symbian phone with two cameras.. or a camera that always point to the face
