.... it will ask u to turn on the phone (actually just press power) than after few seconds, it will ask you again... that will be 3x...
btw, i have some credit/logs for davinciteam at minimal cost.
.... i cant get my dss25 to work.. problem w/ comport..
t28 cable.. never had problem..

I emailed the team about DSS-20 support (I have access to a DSS-20, but not a DSS-25!) and they said that it should not be a problem as the two devices are the same apart from the drivers.

Did you try moving your DSS COM port to one of the internal ports (1/2) as HjJ suggested?

I didnt have to repower the phone those 3 times that manual says. They must have changed the upgrade routines.
I didnt do that ekstra flash to turn off the shutter sound either.
But when I started the flash I had to remove batteri, put it back in and put it in the DSS-25 and turn on.

I contacted GSMLady on ICQ, her ICQ number was on their pages, but she just sell to resellers so she gave me a MSN adress to a guy I bought it from.. I payed him using PayPal and got the credit and user/pass instantly! One min after I did the transfer I had it.
I can pm you his MSN adress if u like, I dont wanna put it here on a public forum.

I wish I had gone through someone else right now, e-mailed them last night about buying a credit, didn't hear back from them until this morning. Payed them about 5 hours ago, and still haven't heard from them.

One more thing.. When I installed Win98SE and installed the drivers for DSS-25 it got com3, but com3 didnt show up in the list in the DaVinci Client even if I restarted the puter or pushed refresh. So I typed in Com3 manually in the box there and that worked.
