Microsoft MVP Arne Hess at
ppcw.net made it clear that since all the wm2005 devices will feature a different layout (2 soft keys) and are based on Windows CE5.0 core (which runs on x86 architecture processors) there would be no chance of an upgrade from older devices. So no point dreaming, unless its about the new devices which will be released.

Dont know where i read (somewhere on a windows mobile dedicated site) that the Windows Mobile 2005 (beta) was tested on a Motorola MPX220, wich is powered by Windows 2003 SE for mobiles..
