Sounds like a combination of the handset AND O2 to me. I would try a FW upgrade (if there is one), but it's more likely this is more on the O2 network issue. Can you test if you have any issues with the handset with a non-O2 sim? Your S700i is a generic
version, so it's just a bit too coincidental that the problem is happening with an O2 sim, if you ask me!
