@jellyellie: thanks for the info. although my compatible battery(KINGCOM brand) is a good replacement, seldom use it. yes it displays the battery standby status and talktime status and as stated on my earlier post, when i charge it indicator says OPTIMIZED CHARGING unlike the other one that my office mate uses, indiator says: CHARGING ALIEN BATTERY. jelly, thanks again
