oh nvm guys i got it done on photoshop thx for ur help yall, can u guys tell me how to make a colorless pic? like to get transparencies on a menu?

An 'empty pic is created by opening a new document, setting the background to transparent and then NOT filling it with any colour. What would be the use of that though?
(Partial) Transparency can be created by reducing the opcaity of the layer you're working on. It will let the layers underneath shine through, or the images underneath when you put them in a theme. Remember to save as .png though to preserve the transparency
