I have the R4A, the difference i noticed between it and my oil R1A
is that the keypad and the volume slide dosen't rattel as much when you shake the phone, the battery fits better, and that the elumination underneath the keypad is much more powerful and is to the same intensity, where on the R1A it goes darker to one side (cannot remember if it was the top or bottom)

So the real differences noticed between R3A and R4A are:

1) The volume key rattle less

2) The keys rattle less

3) The battery fitts better

4) The key lighting is more powerfull

No more? If any user notices something different please don't dubt to post it.

Thanks to all,

Aren't all these HW-improvements??? Anyway, still nice if they indeed were improved. The clicking sound from the keypad is really annoying when in a quiet place! Is this the same as the "rattling"? Great if this is gone when you upgrade, but I don't believe it until I see/hear it myself.. The clicking sound is in my opinion the biggest disadvantage on the T68i..

I come from Norway and when I go to the EMTS workshop in Bergen, they tell me that the R2A014 I have is the latest SW!! What can I do?? Are there any other places in Bergen where you can get an update?? I do not have a cable or IR/BT.. Will they delete all my contacts, messages and downloaded images?

Cheers!

You can find the hardware version on the phone if you remove the battery.
(It stands under the battery)

Hey all,
For my T68m
On the left of "Made in Malaysia" it says R6A. Under the "Malaysia" it says R1A. Hehe...which one is it? I presume my HW revision is R1A then? Built 02W15 tho....shouldn't it be a newer hardware revision?

Oh sh!t, mine says R2B and R3A, now I'm not sure, but it does say T68i, so I know it's not a T66
