To be honest with you my personal preference is the silver version but we all have our own choice..makes no difference really they both do the same thing....We can have a poll if you like why not?we will count the votes in favour of black or silver so can everyone start placeing their votes for either black or silver please!

Edit: @axxxr. The slimline doesn't come with a DVD remote. you have to purchase it seperatly although some stores are offering the black remote in with their console and game bundles.

I think i prefer the orginal silver remote and stand,I've noticed that the original accessories are not offered in the package deals.
