BTW - Handy Day 2004 doesn't have the same issues and is essential software as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommended.
HD 2005 I only use for the weather service - and I won't renew after my year runs out.

I bought Handy Day 2005 as an "upgrade" from 2004 Flip closed is great. But flip open is not as good. I contacted them and was told that a week/and month view would be available soon as plug ins and others were planned, so I paid up.
I also asked about changing some of the skins built in apps mapping ie unreal player instead of musicplayer etc. They said it would need a different skin, but easy to do. Well the skin editor can only create links to a pre defined list of apps AFAICS??
I don't think they intend to do much development of this as
http://www.epocware.com now maps to "Palm Games" a small greyed out navigator button takes you to P900 software but no Handyday 2005there. Just 2004
You can still get to the old site at
http://se-p900-software.epocware.com/Handy_Day_2005.html Where it NOW says
Quote:Attention: Handy Day 2004 and Handy Day 2005 are two different products that address different groups of customers. Handy Day 2005 is not an upgrade from Handy Day 2004.
And yes the registration process is awful!

Just a bump to keep you informed. I have now had another automated response from epocware, to which I have replied giving my details and requesting a license for my new IMEI. That's 4 times (8 emails) that I have requested it, still without a meaningful response.
I can't recommend anyone buying epocware products at this point...

You've probably given up caring (I'm getting close) but I've just replied to another email from epocware (after prompting again) saying they do not have a record of my order.
10 emails, two weeks, and we're still no closer...
I even tried calling their support lines in Russia, but noone answered.

Did you take time differences into account?

Oh yes - they're on GMT+3.
I've sent another reply, including my original confirmation from handango. Let's see what happens. I have about 1 day left before Handy Day 2005 becomes a lump of unregistered digital turd taking up space on my P910...

At last! Finally I have a re-registered Handy Day 2005!
Now I'll have to make sure I don't break the phone, at least until the license runs out...
