3 do receive a lot of criticism, a lot, of which is justified, but they have made huge leaps forward over the last year. Their price plans are second to none and they do offer excellent value for money, I imagine that this is where they picked up most of their marks.

true but I think the main point is those 500 minutes for £2.99 per month for 12 months*. Personally I havent had any problems with their customer services and I have noticed a lot of improvements in their coverage/reception and 3 have invested a lot in this area
*depending on handset. Above quote is for a Nokia 7600 on 3 from carphone warehouse

The most impressive aspect of 3 is the one that is most often overlooked, the building of network infrastructure. 3 have built a network, from scratch, in a relatively short peiod of time, which covers approximately 80% of the Uk population. How long did it take the other networks to do the same? I remember when signal coverage wasn't all that good and that was several years after the networks had began building their infrastructure.

i use "3" as main operator and "telering" in my other fone, indeed, sometimes 3 has got problems, but i do like their service and offers. its very cheap and internet is fast.

in austria offer all operators internat access, but no such packages i had in hungary. at 3 i cannot access esato wap only html and thats expensive. hope with the z1010 i am going to buy will be possible, the nec i currently use bought just for fun and i payed 29 euro for it with pre paid card.
