The sms repeating bug is related to your network. Its not due to any air in the phone. I once received the same text msg 5 times a day for three continuous days!

Yeah, but the sender gets charged for all the messages he has not send. Simple solution to this is to switch off and on the phone. I once recieved a single message for 17 times that in anger i switched it off. And poof! it was gone and all the remaining ones came!

yep, that was the first thing i tried. after i keyed in the contact again, it still gives me the same problem. how do i do a hardreset on the phone?
As for the smses, i get that sometimes too but i presume its something to do with the service provider or something
