I used Opera and have WAP only plans, but I'm with Tmobile USA. I just go in and set proxy.

I know several Tmobile users including myself, and well this goes for lots of the service providers. They are locking out HTML browsing for anything except their own preloaded in phone browsers. I had to join TMOBILES Internet service to get my OPera to work again. So that is probably what is happening with your phone because I had the same "CONNECTED" message but nothing would turn over. So find out if your provider is putting the screws to you.

Have you tried doing the basics like unisntalling and then reinstalling the application ? When you have your Pxx on the cradle and connect to the internet with your pxx with opera through your computer can tou access any webpages?
