AFAIK the built-in memory is not just 41MB, it's more than that but what's left is only about that much after installing the firmware. The built-in memory is shared by all applications and functions of the phone and the memory descripancy is most probably from certain Java application like games that automatically create a profile/prefs file where certain specific info or settings about the app is stored.

i have r2aa .. but anywyas.. i charged my phone yesterday while it was on.. and after charging.. it free up a little over 200kb weird

@yeppi - With almost ALL brands that I had and have . . . it's always on the average of 1.5-2 hours mate . . . I always extend it to another 30 mins. once fully-charged!
