Where can i find this new software and will this be done with any risk and will i keep my phone waranty?

If it is under warranty, the SE service centre can do it free for you. Or if you want to do it yourself, you should go to the support page of SE. You need a dss20/25 for this purpose. This can be done in your home with a net connection.

Isn't it better to go to a cervice center beacause my phone is 1 week old.

Yup. You can go to the service centre and get it done. You cant do it via bt. The phone will be off when doing this. The dss = desktop sync stand .

The best option is to take it to the service centre. If you feel the phone is buggy, tell them to replace it as it is only a week old.
