Thanks @Tyger! Total commander with the symbian plugin did the trick! It's uploading the 44mb file right now. Total commander is pretty good in transfering files. The transfer rate varies from 46.5 to 87.2 kbtyes. Don't know how that compares with BT but the 44mb file is taking a long time to upload.

And TC is really great, i always had a dislike for win-explorer or
this cut-copy-paste file movements. (except SMAN *g*)
TC is always up on my PC, so my SE is fantastically integrated wether on the cradle or lying anywhere with BT on
