The problem I have is with the BlackBerry Configuration tool running on my PC not being able to see the P910i sitting in the cradle. Consequently there is no PIN number in the tool and the Conect button is grayed out.
I know the P910i is connected properly because I am able t o do other things like Backup the phone.
Any idea how to get it to recognize the device is actually there?
