U can use Sothink SWF Decompiler to make a Flash made exe to swf.
Then U can convert the swf using SWF2AVI converter.

ive tryed swf decompiler and it makes various folders...in fact the whole folder is 29 gb, but there is no .swf....there are a lot of frames etc...but there is not even one .swf file..i have like...11'000 frames..that is the whole animation...but i just cant use them to convert it to video...

Sorry for the late reply, but I belive that decompiler decompiles a swf file into a .fla file which is that native format for flash. If it turned your .exe into a .fla file then you will need to have flash installed to export that .fla back into a swf and then use your convertor to make that an avi
Flash 8 is the latest version of flash btw (recommend limewire/bittorrent) if you don't have $600 laying around somewhere.

thanx.. the tool works great! the thing is: it supports almost all codecs)) & they have the free trial version ready to use!!!

A flash EXE is simply a copy of Flash Player with a SWF embedded.
The last time I had to extract a SWF file from an EXE, what I did was I opened up a SWF file in a hex editor, noted the header, then opened up the EXE and searched for that same header. Then I just deleted all the data before that header. Voilá - pure SWF file.
