No didn't see that, obviously I didn't read it thoroughly. Was it there originally or edited in?

I'm not here to cause you problems but I was informed that u were kicking up a fuss & on my return the post were deleted.

I can't see how it could annoy you, good luck modifying your phone

If I edited it in??? I don't get it... why read one sentence of a large post and then reply with nothing to say and then ask if it was edited in when you are corrected? Obviously you're only here to provoke me!

@etaab

Correct, not necessary at all I don't think it's about saving time really - it's the frustration of waiting (tick tick tick...) for those who switch sim cards very often.

Well, on an average day i carry 3 phones around with me, so i have no need to switch sim cards.

@CyberVisitor

Actually, from the point of view of an external observer, it is you who seems to want to provoke people. For an obviously intelligent guy, it is a wonder that you have deliberately misinterpreted a totally innocuous post and have something of a chip on your shoulder about people ganging up on you.

You've made your point - as has been said before it is not characteristic of Mik to cause arguments or even be particularly controversial. SO why not just accept that it was an innocent post to help out those who may not have realised the warranty implications and get on with it.

The response that one's posts are met with here often has much to do with their reputation on this forum and what they have posted previously. You are in danger of being viewed as unnecessarily antagonistic, which would be a shame since you obviously have useful knowledge to contribute here. Just keep it positive and non-confrontational.

I'll put it another way:

I obviously missed that part of your original post.
I noticed it was recently edited though & was merely asking if I did miss it or if u edited the post to add it.

As I hadn't realised u'd commented on the warranty I wasn't posting about nothing I was posting because its a valid point.
You can't paint a rose without the thorns

I fail to see how this could antogonise you, especially if u even posted it yourself!
The idea u seem to have that I hunt u down just to annoy u is bizarre! I post because I feel its valid & is irrelevant of who its aimed at.

MikLSP was not breaking the Esato rules, he was posting a relevant and opinionated remark with information and was not being rude or personally attacking anybody.

We are not being rude here cybervisitor, we are just asking you to understand that not everyone on Esato has to agree with everyone else, we have differences and those differences should not be overlooked when it comes to deciding whether this script you have posted is useful. I dont find it useful, i am sure others do. But whats the harm in talking about it, what it might do to the phone in terms of warranty, discussing whether its a useful feature and discussing whether its good or not!

Why is it that it's always the same 4-5 people that gather around me with this kind of posts? Picking my words all the time... talking about me being a five year old... etc. etc. etc. This and a bunch of other crap you posted about me last night in another thread! What do you want from me??? Do you want me to thank you for spitting in my face all the time???
