ok tried that and its not letting me view the sw infomation
it will show the simlock and configuration but when i select sw information it just freezes on me then after a little time resets again
can i reflash the phone??

you either need a terminator dongle(special cable costs around £30) and div5 (software) which will allow you flash the phone (and many others again and again)
or u need SEtool, (and online server which allows flashing with credits)
and a t28 data cable (£15+logs £6 each)
so either of thses will solve your problem.
the flash files you can download off the server or various other websites.

once when i went to my
service centre, there was this t310 that restarted every 2 hours... it was hardware fault and had to be taken in for service.... you might want to check that angle before investing in a new cable and buying the flash files
