ahh ok.. i have some knowldge on this davinci tools.. i have the software and the dss-20 and its reads my CID.. all i need to have is the credits.. but b4 i gonna buy credits i wnat to know if this da vinci can help me to fix my problem. and also i want to know if my language of my phone does anything in the SE website update service thats why i cant do an update... pls. help me im hopeless.. ):

Yes. Davinci server is ok. I did rather ask you to use setool if you havent bought the credits. The language of your phone depends on the firmware pack that you choose. You might wanna try the brown CID and get a suitable lang pack for the phone.

Yeah, buy davinci credits and upgrade your phone. I'm sure you cannot use the SE update Service. It is very simple and things are self explanatory there. Dont worry.

The firmware in your phone is not a generic SE firmware. It has been custom made by an operator. Such phones can only be upgraded to another version of the branded software using SE Update Service. However, davinci will allow you to upgrade your firmware to the original generic SE version.

is dis the file i need to update my firmware K500_FS_EU1_R2AE033 and K500_Main_EU1_R2AE033.. if not what is it? when i try to read my phone on davinci its say i need CID 29 flash files.. hope thats helps.. pls. help me. thanks..

I think you need the MAIN files. (Am not sure, you might wanna wait till some1 else comes along) or if you have the spirit, try the "main".
