Guys... I did a Master Reset (from the Service Menu) last friday, and I can't believe the SPEEEEED my phone is!!
Really, no joking!

I've been since then reinstalling about 95% of the stuff I had previously and the speed is still there!!

My guess it was due to fragmentation or something.
I can't believe lost behind files are the reason for the lack of speed (and yes, I did do a DiskCleaner!!)
It must have been fragmentation!

I advise you do the same in case you are feeling you phone is slowly dying in you hands ... sleeping in your hands.

Some advice for restoring the files
---------------------------------
Contacts are in: c:\system\data\contacts\contacts.cdb
Agenda is in: C:\Documents\Agenda\Agenda
Messages are in: C:\System\Mail (note: to overwrite the index you must access the file system with File Manager after a backup when the phone asks: on, off, flightmode)
Bookmarks are in: C:\system\apps\browser\folders\Bookmarks
Opera Bookmarks are in: C\system\data\bookmarks
Jotter in: C:\documents\JOTTER

White on paper the Internet Accounts and WAP Accounts. The Messaging Accounts are restored with the Mail folder.

And off course, go to all you applications with data and try to find where it's stored so you ca retrieve it later.

Good luck

PS: Don't do it unless you don't have a few hours of free time to dedicate to the task.

@khanani,try calibrating the stylus settings under display/device in the control panel 1st.if that doesn't help then in the control panel/other do a master reset.
