I'm not sure whether I've got to the bottom of this vibrating SMS alert problem. To be honest, I'm not quite sure if anyone even has this feature. So, to clarify, when any of you lot get an SMS, does your phone also vibrate? If so, what settings do you have?

Cheers,

Lee

I had my T68 upgraded just before the weekend (R2E 006) set vibrator on, when I received an SMS I got the quiet tone and my phone vibrated. Prefer the old message alert though, much louder which when working in a garage as I do, it was great. Oh well, its an excellent phone so can't complain too much. This post was posted from a T68i

Have You all tried to set volume level to 5/6? I've heard somewhere that it could help! This post was posted from a T39

Hmmm, Just sat at my desk at work and I received an SMS. Quiet beep and vibrate. So it does work! Maybe I've just not being paying attention, in my defence, it does only vibrate for a short period of time.
