Yes I used to get that too on my K700i, but I have recently changed to a Samsung SGH-E720, (fabulous phone, although £280), all I did was ignore it and agree.
Sorry.......... (I'm a little slow today, recently 'jetlagged')

It certainly is annoying, already happened 3 times today just walking around in my house or between classes. I might write an angry email to Cingular.
