Use Exchange ActiveSync (Available in WM devices) - it is by far superior to IMAP. Alone it is a single most important reason for dumping SE and going with Audiovox.
Get on MSFT site to see how to configure Exchange ActiveSync for your enterprise and use it with Audiovox.
Forget SE's P-series phones with the stupid IMAP.
Although you can use Syncronicha SyncML Gateway (look it up in eMule) to have ActiveSync functionality in P-series, I'm not sure it works as fine as MSFTs ActiveSync.
