Try to drop the phone again and see if the dust falls out

Sure, but completely removing the case is better than just blowing under it to remove it, since you'll be able to get all the dust out with a cloth, preferably one that attracts dust or repels it using a tiny static charge - that wont hurt the phones electronics.

Then remove the front plate, buy a duster that repels dust and clean it in a low dust environment.

Dont clean it on your bed, or on the sofa, where soft furnishing attract dust and hold it there, otherwise more dust will get into the case than there was before you opened it.

Sure, its really easy. It would take them about 5 minutes (if not less) to do it for you.

I thought you were going skating ?

Buy a full body neoprene case and it wont happen again. Your phone will just bounce when it hits the floor.

A wrist strap is always a good idea too.

I am there with you. RE does a moment of silence, too.
