1. EDGE on your 2.5g smartphones!
Why is it that p910i, k750 et al don't have EDGE integrated in the package?!
2. Publicity and Promotions
SE is so clueless on how to market their products. For instance, s700 is unique due to the fact that its cam is CCD, but why don't they market it as to having that exceptional trait?
3. Price
The price is too high. That goes for the phones and the Memory Stick.

here what i personaly think:
SE just split. sony fans will be happy and ericsson fans will be happy.
and SE fans will find what they need the most in one of these 2 brands.

I do believe that every self-confident phone manufacture should have a glamorous exclusive design series of phones. May be SE gone a little bit different way – they do try to impress by quality and functions. But SE we are talking about is not a Japanese manufacture for Japanese, we are talking about European division and in Europe people like glamorous phones, like Razr, SL65 (ESCADA), Nokia 8800, 8910, Vertu, Mobiado. So:
1 – Even if SE doesn’t want to go the way I pointed, let us have some glamorous phones created in Japanese way, like Talby or PENCK, like Nakamichi does with their sound systems. Please… that’s what I’m dreaming about.
2 – Firmware quality should be improved; the manner of selling phones with firmware full of bugs is not good.
3 – Watch the design more carefully.
4 – Release more phones more often.

Generally a tough phone, my K700i shocked me with the implementation of its socket. It is so flimsy. Lately when I connect my phone to the computer for the internet, the connection drops as there is some loose connection even when I plug it well.
I read in some article on how thoroughly SE tests their phones. It said they have a robotic arm that plugs and unplugs to the phone socket continously to test its durability. But mine failed me in four months time. I'm glad to hear the K750 has a completely different socket but I sure hope its tough.
Also I find it hard to plug the earphone in, especially when its dark. They might put some light down there to allow easy plugging.
The "quickshare" and the "Online" sticker have come off. Couldn't SE think of a better adhesive for these?
All this happened even as I kept my phone with lots of care and attention.
