To work up a good six pack you do, as you know, sit ups'.
The clue is to make sur you concntrate the streign on the stomack.
You know you are doing it right when you feel it "burn".
Do it slowly with your hands behind your head. Dont't fold your hand/fingers, that makes you cheat. (Finger tips right behind your ears.)
Twisting your upper body tones the shape of the muscles and gives you a bit of relief as well.
I used to do situps with 25kg on my chest but it takes a lot of houres before you can do that.
No access to a gym means self control. Use what is around you; books are a good substitute to iron

I used to train hard at the age of 21 to 23.I attempted natural training, but only gained 0.5stone over 6 months or so(not even visible at 5ft 11in)...At this point i abused anabolics(deca,sus250 injectbales and methandrostenalone 4 to 6 oral a day)...Went from 11.5stone to approx 14.5 within a 4 month cycle.Ended up calling it a day,as i was overeating, spendin fortune on diet and met_rx,sunbed,and loved myself too much.I became very obsessed. Now i'm 29,thin has a rake.

Taking steriods(anabols) is not advisable at all..! Although ur body shows instant effect, but the adverse side effects outweigh the +ve ones. If u r dedicated enuf, a nice physique can b carved out with natural diet(high in proteins) and a few dietary supplements(if required). Also remember that, "what builds early, breaks early".. So give ur body time 2 grow! u cant bcome Arnold in few months! All the best!.

@m6xm6x
Although i have access to a gym i do most of my "arm-building" exercises at home
I got a set of 20KG dumbells. If you want to increase bicep size, this is what i do:
20 reps on 5kg
15 reps on 7kg
10 reps on 10kg
5 reps on 12kg
2 reps on 15kg
(change wieght appropriately accoriding to your bodysize/strength)
Then do that 2 further times with a break in between each. I find that works for me, before i was doing a standard (3 sets of 20 reps on a suitable wieght). however i didnt see much difference. So a friend told me this method and my max (weight i could bicep curl once) increased by 8kg in 3-4 weeks! There are quite a few exercises you can do with a set of dumbells, well worth getting
BUT different things work for different people, that method is what works for me... no harm in giving it a go
EDIT: oh yeah i forgot to say, eat LOAAAAAAAAAADS. PROTEIN! PROTEIN! PROTEIN!

i.e eggs, fish (tuna)
Argos- 20kg dubell set these are the ones i have

definately recommended
Let me know how you get on
Rgds
