Just to clarify, in the first picture the antenna is at the bottom of the phone because it is open, and the connector is behind the screen.
When closed, the antenna is at the top end, and the connector is at the bottom.

It simply means "Charging" or "Plugged into powersource" because it's still there when the battery is fully charged.
It's the same symbol on the K750i.
