@taipan

At least lock the IMEI !
This phone is neither easy to unlock nor free, so take advantage of that. Contact your operator.

Another thing everyone should do is to activate the screen saver lock, after some minutes of inactivity.
Even if it's not locked when stolen, once the thief leave it around for a few minutes, it becomes locked and unless the guy figures out the number, he has to flash it, flushing all your personal info with it.

Make the thief suffer!!!

Another intelligent thing, is to replace the screen saver image with one custom made by you that has a phone contact in it, in case the person wants to return it
ps: not your phone number, someone elses number!!

Everyone saying that it will work but noone tried.

I know FAT32 limitation is 32 gigs but there may be limitation in the symbian uiq file system .
I don't know.

I will wait till someone tries 2 gig MS duo pros on p910i

May be there is software lock for 1 gig who knows

Did you not read my post which is only a couple posts above yours?

Makes me wonder how plp put much thought into a post if they are not aware of what's been said already.

Yes, I use a 2Gb Memory Stick Duo PRO in my P910i, and it works!

Have 500Mb of MP3's, several maps for Route 66 navagation and alot og pictures... And of course several Lucas Arts games (EScummVM) with MP3's Still 600Mb availible!

Havent noticed any slowdowns when going from 128Mb -> 1Gb -> 2Gb

I have all applications except Route 66 installed in phone memory btw...

@ Raptor

Thanks for settling this! I reckon though that the rest of us mortals will wait till the price of 2GB cards becomes affordable!

just got a 1g card .
this is what i came up with
if you format it as FAT32 it will not work
if you use fat it works fine
so i think that the p910s will only acccept cards up to 2g
as thats the limit on fat.
if you ask the phone to format it it comes out as fat not fat32

so my question is has anyone got a fat32 formated card to work in a p910

were not into bullshit here mate
2GB will work when formated as FAT
but as i was trying to say before When they bring out 4GB and so on cards these will have to be FAT32 .
And they will be no go
