how to send & receive mail from hotmail???

all you need to remember is that the email service provider should support either POP or IMAP protocol to get email, and you got a working SMTP to send mails you compose from your phone.

hotmail has no POP or IMAP access.

Right! So go and get a BETTER mail provider. Hotmail is the last I would choose.
