It's not mine, it belongs to a friend. It has been sent to the service center via the store where it was bought. The only sad thing is that it will take approx. 3 weeks (15 working days, since it's vacation times) before it returns, according to the person who received it in the store, ElGiganten, Stockholm, Sweden. They may have the lowest price, but not the highest service level

The best solution is to do recovery on online SE Support site.
You can do that by browsing SE update service and choosing Recovery mode.
Make sure that you have installed Update Service USB driver on your PC before the recovery.
