Well I ordered the K750i from O2 online on Tuesday 28th June (as an upgrade) and was told it was out of stock until 4th July. I received it 2 days later!!!

Ordered on the phone saturday, told it would be in stock monday.
Phoned monday to check and was told 2 weeks.
Phoned back to cancel upgrade and was told it would be here wed.
hopefully see it this week then

I definately seems as though O2 dont seem to know what they are talking about. If you have ordered your phone from them but havent received it yey I would threaten to cancel and see what they do.

Just recieved another order confirmation number and when i log onto the 02 website i've been allocated a telephone number. Might be a sign that it is winging its way to me as i type....fingers crossed!!

If its any help, I would never use O2 online... Last year, I was after a Moto v600 (sorry for swearing) and thought I would go for the good deal on o2 online... First order was cancelled as the phone was "ut of stock" after 2 months... but they still took the money out of my account for "express" shipping!.. Second order (1 month later) turned up, but it was a v500.... Third order NEVER turned up (but they billed me for teh new phone)
Several emails, phonecalls and letters laters, I get the "express" money back, but not the 3third order, as they say someone signed for it at my house. Asked a solicter for advise, he contacted them, they dumped my contract...
Off to O2 store, walk in, free phone (v600), free BT headset, free case car charger and voucher for facia change, and a better tarrif... And I upgarded to my K750i this year free, no hassles, nothing.
So now I always use the store, never use Online...
