The K750 is not native to NA, the parts are not readily available, there is nothing you can do to speed up the process. It isn't their fault you purchased a phone from another continent and can't get it repaired. As I said before, the quickest thing to do is ship in to a Euro repair centre and have listed a friends address over there to have it sent back to.

I called in today, the rep said my phone is "scheduled to be sent back no later than the 18th". Which begs the question, 18th of which month and year? May 2006?

Just got off the phone and I asked for my K750i to be returned. The A55H0LE supervisor said that he suspects the phone will take another 2 to 3 months for repair. He said the SOLECTRON staff has no parts and NO trained techs to work on K750i's. He said that they have not sent back ANY K750i's repaired ever.
to end this, I asked for it back so I'll send it off to Europe next for repair.
WHAT BULLSH1T !!!
SE// NA REPAIR ====> KISS MY A55!!!

okay, my phone is being sent back now. For you all who were expecting parts this week, you were correct.. they arrived TODAY. HOWEVER, the supervisor told me that the parts which arrived were INCORRECT so there was no reason to keep my phone. It would not be repaired any time soon, possibly another month. He said that this error in shipment was going to impact many K750's in the repair facility.
I hope everyone with K750's in the NC repair center have better luck than I. I'm going to ship to the UK and hope for better results!

To clarify, the parts received at the repair centre were actually ones not required to repair your phone, the were in fact K750 parts. The parts received will be used to repair other phones, but in your case there was no ETA on the specific parts required to repair your phone. It is a pain, but within the next week or two the repair centre should have sufficient buffer of parts and phones.

WHy people never thought of repair issues before they buy any electronics that is not officially released in your country? Not to mention the SE phones are not supposed to have international warranty to begin with.

Exactely, NA is the only place that tries to honor a universal warranty. Clearly, it can only work to a certain extent, but they TRY and make it more convenient. Obviously phones like the V802SE you are going to be SOL, but that should only come across as logical. Try getting a NA phone repiared in UK, I don't think it's going to happen.

I bought my K750i after talking to SE USA and being assured that most of the common parts needed to fix the phone were in stock, and they would honour the warranty.
I was even told that SE USA would be selling the K750i on their site in July.
They're not doing me a favour by fixing the phone.

Same exact process with me. Faulty earpiece, sent it to SE. After it arrives there and they have it a week, I call to find out that it would be months before then can even look into it. They told me I couldn't send it overseas to have it fixed (at least as a US customer, I'm sure I could do it with a UK return address).
Local shops able to repair new phones are also unable to repair the earpiece/speaker, since SE won't let them have the parts needed. I'm really at a loss as to what I can do.
