All phones gets outdated in time, technology never stands still. No matter what you buy it will get outdated at some point, but that doesnt change the device, it will still be the same, and be able to do the same even if something else has come along that can do more.
Theres no point in waiting because something gets outdated at some time, then you can wait forever. Its not like if you wait then something will come along that doesnt get outdated, on the contrary technology allways evolves faster and faster, so the longer you wait the quicker the device you do get, will get outdated.
What does outdated really mean ? Basically it only means youre a slave of technology. The K700 or even earlier phones like T610/T630 is not really outdated just because the K750 with better features comes along. They are still able to perform and fullfill the functions they allways did. If the buyer's needs in a mobile are fulfilled by K700 or even earlier, then theres no saying you have to get the latest and greatest just because technology makes it available. This only means that socalled "outdated" models become even more interesting from a cost/benefit point of view because you can now get them cheaper.
Not everyone absolutely needs to change phone just because the camera moves from 1 to 2 mp or from cmos to ccd or whatever. Lots just needs a good phone, lots are perfectly happy with the functions offered by the K700. No matter how many more advanced devices pops up every other week.

it's worth upgrading. I have just changed k700 to k750 and this is first time I actually use the camera. even night mode is well balanced and pictures have good quality. Finally you can modify pictures in phone with some basic filters, and I LOVE BURST SHOT.
really feels beter, K750 is the first SE you can offer as better than Nokia (this is what I do for living) without blushing and with real advantages.
If you have the money, go for it

I loved the K700i but honestly, the K750i has it all. The camera makes a serious difference but key must be the ability to use a 1GB duo pro - the MP3 player is great (admittedly I dont have much experience with other MP3 Players) but even the radio has RDS.... Fantastic Phone. If none of this swings it for you - the "torch" or light is even brighter than the model before...
...And the very best bit.....It works very well with Yamigo "friends" and Gmail
