i found that any pc using xp causes problems with the sync so i reverted to using 2000 pro, not a single problem with the sync process

i've been using the p910i for almost a year now, since almost two weeks now, i cant connect my p910 to the pc, though it says connected, tried different COM ports, played around with the setting on the phone and the pc, havent had any luck, after reading most of the posts on the forum, i resort to master reset da phone,
IT still doesnt sync. so i figured it must be my pc, so i tired a p900 and it works fine on the pc.
i have XP SP2, i doubt its an issue with the firewall since the p900 works fine. i have also done the software updates on both the phone and the pc.
if somone knows what else i can do to get it back on the sync it would be great , coz since my last reset i dont have my phone book.. that defeats the puspose of my phone
